How light steel can achieve to become an environmentally friendly building
A light steel villa is an industrialized building model where certain parts of the building are produced and transported in a modern factory and then transported to the building site for assembly.
Since the main frame is light steel building structure material with over 80% recycling rate and the interior and exterior decorative materials are environmentally friendly, the construction process produces less construction waste and does not cause construction pollution to the environment; the construction process uses tower crane construction, which greatly reduces the energy consumption during construction compared with traditional construction methods, and adopts dry construction method with less wetland operation. Compared with brick-and-mortar houses, it can save more than 70% of energy, and air conditioning equipment can save more than 30% of electricity in summer and winter.
The process of establishing the design system of a light steel villa is a new standard system of industrialized housing from nothing to something and gradually perfected. In this process, the design of light steel houses not only has to follow the general principles of residential design but also has to face the contradictions of the standardization and serialization principles of industrial production, the diversification of residential functions, and aesthetic requirements.
